Police have released CCTV of a man who they want to speak to as part of their investigation into 'reckless behaviour'.

A CCTV appeal has been launched after several smoke pyrotechnics were set off during a match at Celtic Park.

Police have released the image of a man they want to speak to in connection with their investigation into the “culpable and reckless behaviour” at the Old Firm match on May 11.

Police said that during the match several smoke pyrotechnic devices were ignited within the Celtic Park stadium.

The man has been described as white, of slim build, and was seen to have no top on while wearing a green and white scarf round his neck as well as black shorts.

Anyone who recognises the man is being asked to come forward.

Constable Daniel Brady: “We are keen to talk to the man in the image as we believe he may have information which could assist with our enquiries. I would encourage him or anyone who may recognise him to contact us.

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting incident number 0933 of May 11, 2024. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
