A secluded island off the west coast of Scotland is on the market.
Harbour Island, situated just off the coast of Crinan in Argyll and Bute, is on sale for £1.25m.
The deal includes the entire 9.7 acres of the island, complete with an award-winning architect designed renovated house and self contained cabin known as The Witch’s Folly.
Also included in the listing is a range of additional outbuildings, including a boat house, wood store, workshop and a potting shed with a greenhouse.
But prospective owners would need to be prepared to board a boat to go to the shops or the pub.

The island boasts stunning views across the water and towards the nearby islands of Jura, Scarba and Mull.
To the north, there are views to Duntrune Castle on the mainland, with fir trees lining the eastern coastline.
There’s something for animal lovers as well, with the diverse environment supporting an abundance of wildlife.
Seals and otters can be spotted along the shoreline, while sea eagles and a variety of other seabirds can also be observed.
