Cannabis plants worth nearly £100,000 have been recovered after a police raid at an address in Glasgow.
Officers executed a warrant on Glenrick Drive around 8pm on Tuesday where an estimated 246 cannabis plants were discovered.
It’s believed the plants could have a street value of around £98,000.
Investigations are ongoing to identify those responsible.
Detective inspector Alan Ferguson said: “This significant recovery highlights our commitment to disrupting drug-related crime in our communities.
“It also reinforces our ongoing commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious and Organised Crime Strategy.
“Information from the public is vital to our efforts, and I would encourage anyone concerned about drugs-related activity to contact Police Scotland on 101.
