Two men have been charged after a cannabis farm worth £300,000 was discovered in South Ayrshire.
At around 11am on Thursday, July 2, police executed a warrant on a property on Dalrymple Street in Girvan, where a large cannabis cultivation was found.
The men, aged 30 and 32, appeared at Ayr Sheriff Court on Friday, July 3.
Sergeant Andrew Kelly said: “This recovery highlights our commitment to tackling dangerous and illegal drugs in our local communities.
“We are determined to protect the public from this harmful criminality by disrupting the drugs trade and preventing their manufacture and distribution.
