© Google Maps 2025The body of a woman has been found in a beauty spot car park in East Dunbartonshire.
Emergency services were called to the Campsie Fells area of Lennoxtown at around 6pm on Tuesday after the body was discovered.
The woman’s family has been informed and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.05pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, police received a report a woman’s body had been found within a car park in the Campsie Fells area of Lennoxtown.
“Her family has been informed. The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
