Investigators are treating the death of a man found in a property in North Lanarkshire as “unexplained”.
Emergency services were called to a home on Motherwell’s Watson Street following reports of concern for a person at 8.10am on Monday.
The body of a man was discovered within the property. Investigators are treating the death as “unexplained” and enquiries to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 8.10am on Monday, December 16, to a report of a concern for person in the Watson Street area of Motherwell.
“Emergency services attended and the body of a man was found within.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
