The body of an 18-year-old man has been recovered from water at Mugdock Country Park.
Police Scotland say they were made aware of concern for a person in water at the park shortly after 6pm on Saturday, March 19.
The body of the man was recovered with the assistance of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Enquiries are underway into the incident at the park, which is located near to Glasgow.
However, the death is not being treated as suspicious, officers have indicated.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of concern for a person in water at Mugdock Country Park shortly after 6pm on Saturday, March 19.
“The body of an 18-year-old man was subsequently recovered with the assistance of the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances but the death is not being treated as suspicious.”
