A body has been recovered from a river in West Dunbartonshire amid the search for a missing man.
Jamie Gardiner was last seen around 2pm on Wednesday, October 2, at Renton train station.
Police confirmed the body of a man was found in the River Leven around 10.45am on Monday.
The body is yet to be formally identified but police said the family of Jamie Gardiner have been made aware.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
