A man is being treated for life-threatening injuries in hospital after an attempted murder in Glasgow on Saturday night.
Police were called at around 10.15pm on November 12 to Priesthill Crescent where a 50-year-old man was found seriously injured.
He was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he remains.
In addition, a 39-year-old man was also found with serious injuries.
Police believe that there was a disturbance involving a number of people which resulted in both men being injured.
They are now hunting for a suspect who was described as wearing a black hooded top an white trainers.
Detective Sergeant Nicol McPherson said: “From our enquiries so far, we believe there was a disturbance involving a number of people, which resulted in both men being seriously injured.
“The suspect for the attack is described as wearing a black hooded tracksuit top and bottoms with white trainers.
“It is imperative that we catch the man/men responsible for this attempted murder and serious assault.
“Officers will be in the area today and I would urge people to approach them with any information they believe may assist our investigation or to call police via 101 quoting reference number 3913 of Saturday, November 12, 2022.
“Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
