Armed police were sent to an address in Moodiesburn following reports of a serious assault.
Officers, including firearms, were called to Burnbrae Avenue around 1.05am on Saturday.
A 33-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
His condition is currently unknown.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.05am on Saturday, February 7, 2026, we received a report of a serious assault on Burnsbrae Avenue in Moodiesburn, Glasgow.
“Officers, including firearms, attended, and a 33-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries remain ongoing.”
