Police have launched a witness appeal after a member of the public was bitten by a Rottweiler in a West Dunbartonshire park.
Officers say the incident took place at a play park near to Townend Road, Dumbarton on November 2 last year.
They describe the owner as being female, around 30 years old with a slim build and blonde hair.
Six months on and officers investigating the incident have issued an appeal for witnesses to come forward.
A spokesman for the force said: “At around 5:30pm on November 2, 2021, within the play park near to Townend Road, Dumbarton a member of the public was bitten by a Rottweiler dog.
“The dog owner is described as white female, aged approximately 30, slim build with blonde hair.
“If you witnessed this incident please contact police on 101.”
