An investigation is underway after a van was found on fire in Paisley during the early hours of Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to Langcraigs Drive at around 4.45am after flames had taken hold of a white Ford Transit van.
The blaze was extinguished by Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
Detective Constable Victoria Thornburn of Paisley Station said: “The van was extensively damage but thankfully no reports of any injuries.
“I am appealing to anyone who heard or saw anything suspicious in the area to contact us.
“I would ask residents who have doorbell footage to review it and the same with motorists with dash-cam footage, you may have captured something that can assist our enquiries.”
Anyone with any information to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting 0461 of April 18, 2025.
