iStockAn appeal has been launched after a man attempted to board a train with a knife in South Lanarkshire.
At around 10pm on December 29, a large group of young people were gathered at Lanark railway station and one man attempted to board a train in possession of a knife.
The British Transport Police have urged anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information to come forward.
