Officers are appealing after two 13-year-old girls went missing overnight after last being seen in North Lanarkshire.

Niamh Quigley was last seen at around 6pm on March 14, in the Motherwell Road area of Bellshill.

She has been described as 5ft 2in tall, with short brown hair, and was last seen wearing a green jacket and black leggings.

Caileigh Ogilvie was last seen at around 6.15pm on March 14, in the Laburnum Road area of Viewpark.

She has been described as 5ft 6in tall, with long brown hair. When last seen, she was wearing a black hoodie, orange top and black leggings.

Anyone with information on the disappearances is asked Police Scotland at 101, quoting incident no. 3641 of March 14 for Ms Quigley and incident no. 3763 for Ms Ogilvie.
