The first wore a pink hooded jumper, black jogging bottoms and trainers, with the other wearing an olive green hoodie, jogging bottoms and trainers.

Police say both men left in the direction of Bank Street.

Detective Constable Darren Boag said: “I am appealing to anyone who was in the area, especially between the hours of 11pm and midnight, and saw anything suspicious to come forward and speak to us.

“I’d also ask that those who live locally with private CCTV or a dash-cam to review their footage to see if it has captured anyone matching the suspect descriptions.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3913 of Sunday, November 1, 2026.
