An air ambulance attended a two car crash on an Ayrshire road on Saturday afternoon.
At around 2pm on Saturday, October 29, police were called to reports of a road crash involving two cars on the A78 at Skelmorlie.
At least one fire engine and ambulance were also in attendance at the incident while the road was closed.
There is no information on any casualties or injuries at this stage.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2pm on Saturday, October 29, police were called to a report of a road crash involving two cars on the A78 at Skelmorlie. Officers are at the scene and the road is currently closed.”
