Emergency services were called to the collision on the A85 at Lochearnhead at around 7pm on Monday.
It is unknown if anyone is injured as a result of the collision.
Drivers are being urged to use alternative routes at this time.
A Traffic Scotland post read: “The A85 is closed both directions at Lochearnhead due to a road traffic collision.
“Emergency services are attending the scene
“Road users are advised to use alternative routes and expect delays”
