A83 closed after two-vehicle crash as drivers urged to avoid area

The A83 is closed north of Inveraray after a two-vehicle crash.

Police confirmed the major road is closed following the crash around 4.15pm on Wednesday.

Diversions have been put in place, with drivers advised to avoid the area.

A Police Scotland statement read: “The A83 is closed north of Inveraray following a two-vehicle crash reported to police around 4.15pm on Wednesday, May 13.

“A diversion is in place.

“Road users are advised to avoid the area.”
