Firefighters battle blaze which broke out in basement property
The blaze was brought under control by the fire service and no residents were injured.
Firefighters have tackled a blaze which broke out in a ground floor flat in Glasgow.
Teams from the fire service and police were called to the fire on Battlefield Road at around 7am on Friday.
The fire, possibly caused by clothing left on a heater according to police, has now been extinguished and Battlefield Road is closed.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "There have been no injuries, all persons are out of the premises and are all accounted for."
