A weather warning for heavy rain has been issued across parts of the Highlands and western Scotland.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning coming into force at 5pm on Sunday and lasting until 10am on Monday.
The West Highlands and Argyll and Bute are covered by the alert.
The forecaster has warned of potential flooding and disruption to bus and train services.
Drivers have also been advised to prepare for difficult travelling conditions, with spray and surface water likely to make journeys slower and more hazardous.
The heaviest rain is expected from Sunday afternoon, with between 20mm and 40mm forecast across much of the warning area.
“It will be a wet spell for the West Highlands, with the heaviest and most persistent rain expected from Sunday afternoon through until Monday morning”, the Met Office said.
“20-40 mm is expected widely within the warning area through this period, with 50-75 mm in the most mountainous areas.
“There is a chance that the most exposed spots could see close to 100 mm. The rain is expected to become less heavy during Monday morning.”
