Labour leader Keir Starmer has said he is “very open” to the Scottish Parliament getting more powers – although he couldn’t name specifics.

He was speaking to STV’s political correspondent Ewan Petrie on his first visit to Scotland since taking over from Jeremy Corbyn.

He became leader of the party in early April right at the start of lockdown.
