A police officer has been filmed powering through a workout routine with his service dog.
Pooch Ushi and PC Rae from Nithsdale Police were captured completing synchronised press-ups during their daily exercise regime.
In the footage, PC Rae seems to be checking and helping Ushi improve his technique.
