Ice skaters have been spotted making the most of the recent cold snap by using a frozen boating pond in Glasgow.
Many locals dusted off their skates to hit the city’s Queen’s Park as temperatures plunged below freezing in Scotland overnight.
One talented ice skater was filmed by Rangers and Scotland footballer Nicola Docherty during a walk in the park.
She posted on Twitter and wrote: “Wow skater on Queen’s Park pond – Incredible”.
