A bed and breakfast in the Scottish Borders has partially collapsed due to Storm Ciara.

Parts of the Bridge House guest house in Hawick crumbled into the River Teviot during the storm.

The building had stood for around 200 years.

Storm Ciara battered the country with high winds and heavy rain over the weekend, which led to flooding, damage to buildings and transport disruption.

The country has since been hit with snow showers which will continue into Tuesday.
