Yousaf announces childcare policies in programme for government

He also set out plans to support business with £15 million for start-ups

The First Minister has set out measures to improve childcare in Scotland.

As part of his Programme for Government Humza Yousaf announced plans to accelerate the expansion of care for two-year olds, as well as boosting pay for staff.

But the Conservatives dismissed it as tinkering around the edges and Labour said it showed the Scottish Government had lost its way.
