More than 100 employees lost their jobs when the firm went bust earlier this year

Workers laid off by Mortons Rolls have begun a fight to receive redundancy payments.

The UK Government redundancy agency say the new owners are technically responsible, something they deny, leaving former staff in limbo and out of pocket.
