Work underway to upgrade reservoir road for active travel

The project will also make cycling in the area accessible to more people

Work has begun to upgrade Aurs Road to the south of Glasgow – between Barrhead and Newton Mearns – into a safer, straighter route alongside Balgray Reservoir.

The project also includes a new active travel path.
