Work officially began today on the public inquiry into the murder of Emma Caldwell, with the publication of what it will investigate.
Ms Caldwell was killed in 2005, but it took until last year before Iain Packer was convicted of her murder.
Her family has raised concerns that the remit of the inquiry may see police and the Crown Office avoid accountability.
