Woman who ‘detransitioned’ to share experience with MSPs

It comes as Holyrood continues to debate the Gender Recognition Reform bill

A woman from Glasgow has described changing her gender as a “horrible mistake”. Sinead Watson started hormone treatment at the age of 24 but believes she should never have been given it.

She spoke to STV News ahead of a meeting being held at Holyrood – in which she will share her experiences of ‘detransitioning’.
