A woman living with cystic fibrosis says a ‘miracle drug’ has taken her from barely surviving to thriving.
Yvonne Hughes from Clydebank was preparing to say goodbye to loved ones after being told she wouldn’t survive a lung transplant and didn’t have long to live.
But a new drug she was given on compassionate grounds saw her health drastically improve, and she’s now sharing her story at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe.
