The widow of an Elgin bus driver who died after being attacked by a 15-year-old boy says the Scottish Government must change guidelines after being told he could be released early.

Keith Rollinson suffered a cardiac arrest after the attack. The youngster pleaded guilty to culpable homicide.

Now, Keith’s widow has been told the teenager could be freed after being in custody for less than three years.
