Weekend COSLA and Union talks fail to produce deal

Discussions are expected to continue again tomorrow

Talks between COSLA and Unions have failed to reach a deal this evening after a second day of negotiations.

The two sides met virtually today to negotiate, as Edinburgh City Council announced bin collections will restart on Tuesday.
