If successful, the technology could be used to power equipment on salmon farms.

As Scotland’s aquaculture sector moves towards its net zero goals, it’s hoped wave energy can be better harnessed to power the industry.

This week in Aberdeen, the ZO-EX wave energy converter is beginning the first stage of testing in the city’s harbour.
