There’s a warning NHS Grampian will have to redesign its health care system and there will need to be major changes to its funding, if it’s to balance the books.
The health board has been under sustained financial pressure for years and already it’s overspent by more than £25m since April.
Now a report from Audit Scotland warns its cost base is unsustainable.
