There’s a warning disabled people have been left behind after the pandemic.
With 20% of Scotland’s population having some form of disability, MSP Jeremy Balfour is calling for a disability commissioner to be created.
A bill is currently passing through the Scottish Parliament.
He says a commissioner would be a champion for disability rights and that people cannot wait any longer for action.
