Waiting times for diagnostic tests for bladder and prostate cancer have been drastically reduced after services were redesigned.
Patients were waiting more than two years to be seen but a purpose built Urology Hub at Forth Valley Royal Hospital has seen that fall to a few months.
Nurses have been trained to perform diagnostic procedures in a bid to clear the backlog- much of it is due to services being disrupted by the pandemic. As Caroline Lewis reports.
