Today the Prime Minister drew a line and tried to paint himself as the change candidate in the next General Election which is bold – but next week Labour will make the case that they are the real change from the Tory government.
Before that voters will go to the polls in the Rutherglen and Hamilton West by-election tomorrow, the first real Scottish electoral test in the run up to the General Election.
