Around 150 sacked Virgin Hotel workers in Glasgow held a rally outside the building today.
They were demanding redundancy pay and compensation after its operating company collapsed into administration— leaving staff unemployed and unpaid– just days away from Christmas.
V Hotel Glasgow Limited has since confirmed employees will receive full wages up to the end of December
A meeting between bosses and workers took place online this afternoon – after reports Virgin no longer has access to the hotel.
