US campaigner aims to turn lives around at Scottish prisons

Fritzi Horstman believes she can stop the cycle of reoffending in Scotland.

Helping people escape from a cycle of crime, leading to repeated jail terms, is the biggest challenge in the justice system. One American campaigner is here in Scotland trying to do exactly that. Fritzi Horstman has worked in high security jails in California and is running a pilot project inside three Scottish prisons.
