Unions and organisations in Aberdeen are calling on the local authority to urgently fill the more than 1,800 empty council homes in the city.
Campaigners say Aberdeen City has significantly more empty council houses than anywhere else in Scotland.
It comes as the local authority is also proposing a 12% rent rise to council properties next year.
