Two men to stand trial over months of gang violence

Andrew and James Quinn accused of plotting murders in central Scotland

Two men are to stand trial accused of helping to organise months of violence and firebombings across the central belt of Scotland.

It’s alleged that 32-year-old Andrew Quinn and James Quinn, 27, were involved in a plot to murder a number of people with links to organised crime.

The alleged victims’ names on court documents include members of the notorious Daniel family and Mark Richardson, the convicted drug dealer who is seen as a senior gangland figure.
