Two dolphins returned to sea after being stranded on beach

A rescue operation involving marine divers, the coastguard and the fire service was launched

Two dolphins have been successfully returned to sea after a dramatic rescue on Fraserburgh beach.

Emergency services were called to the scene after both mammals were reported stranded around seven o’clock this morning.
