Two men and a woman have been convicted of what a judge described as the “depraved, brutal and wicked” murder of a schoolgirl 27 years ago.
Robert O’Brien Andrew Kelly and Donna Marie Brand have been found guilty of killing 14-year-old Caroline Glachan in West Dunbartonshire in 1996.
For Caroline’s family, this is a day they feared would never happen after it took years for police to find enough proof to crack the teenage killers’ alibis.
