The services in Fraserburgh, Huntly and Peterhead won't be open after 7pm

Three minor injuries units in Aberdeenshire are set to close for overnight services – in an effort to save cash.

Critics say it could put more pressure on Aberdeen Royal Infirmary — and leave patients with few options closer to home.
