The teachers’ strike stepped up a level today with the constituencies of four Scottish Government figures targeted.
But the teaching unions have been criticised for including areas of deprivation, like the First Minister’s Glasgow Southside constituency.
Parents and pupils say it is unfair that pupils already disadvantaged will suffer more.
The teaching union EIS has been defending its actions.
It says it’s been left with no option but to escalate strike action and intensify the pressure on those making the decisions.
