Tay Salmon dealt blow as boats swept away after rains

The final tally for 2023 has still to be counted but catches are down

The Tay Salmon season has been dealt a severe blow with the weekend flooding wrecking the final week’s fishing.

Boats have been swept away as the river rose 20 feet above the summer level.
