Sustainable Scotland: Green ways forwards for farming

Farmers say they are the key to the climate crisis, but need support to make the necessary leap forward

Some 80% of Scottish land is used for agriculture adding billions to our economy.

But it also accounts for almost a fifth of Scotland’s greenhouse gas emissions – making it the country’s second largest contributor to climate change.
