‘Surf’s up’ as first inland surfing resort in Scotland set to open

After more than ten years of planning, the Lost Shore Surf Resort is finally set to open in Ratho.

It’s finally “surf’s up” in Scotland, with the country’s first inland surfing destination set to open just outside Edinburgh.

The £60m Lost Shore Surf Resort is expected to welcome more than 160,000 visitors annually, contribute £12m to the local economy every year, and generate thousands of waves for both beginners and pros to enjoy.
