The summer holidays are in full swing – but the cost of childcare during the break is getting more expensive.
The charity Coram says working parents in Scotland now facing an average bill of almost £168 per child per week – that’s more than £1,000 for the six weeks of holidays and up 3% compared to last year.
The Scottish Government says holiday childcare costs families less in Scotland than in other parts of the UK.
