People are counting the cost of Storm Babet– as flooding and high winds caused damage and disruption down Scotland’s east coast.
Worst-hit: Angus, Tayside and Fife– but there’s still concern more rains to come– and a Red weather warning remains in some areas.
There’s been widespread travel disruption with buses and trains cancelled– as roads and rails were closed by fallen trees and floodwater.
